Our Principal
Winnie Royden
Our School Principal is Winnie Royden. Winnie went to school at DGS and, for sixth form, to a boarding school in England before studying for a degree in law at the London School of Economics. She then studied for a master’s degree, again in law, at New York University. After qualifying as a lawyer, she worked as a tax attorney in New York.
Winnie qualified as a teacher at Hong Kong University and has been an early childhood teacher for over twenty years. She has also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education, again from Hong Kong University, as well as several qualifications in music and education.
Winnie is also a long-time member of Christ Church, where she has various roles, including that of Church Organist.
